Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply equally whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and luk91. By using the luk91 platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional terms, rules, and policies incorporated herein by reference, including the luk91 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the luk91 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. luk91 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation or interpretation in another language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To register and maintain a luk91 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. luk91 strictly prohibits access to real-money gaming features by any person under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory condition of account activation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by the Operator's international gaming licence conditions.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of luk91 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not already hold an existing luk91 Account. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. luk91 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luk91 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another player's Account for any purpose.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify luk91 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

luk91 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. While 2FA is not mandatory at the time of registration, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is considered a best-practice security measure by the Operator.

Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in its immediate closure.

luk91 accounts are denominated entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures reflect PKR values. The Operator does not guarantee any particular exchange rate for players who fund their accounts through USDT TRC20 or other foreign-currency channels — the applicable PKR conversion rate at the time of the transaction shall apply.

luk91 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The Operator reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time and without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and USDT may differ and are displayed in the luk91 cashier at the time of deposit. All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation by the payment provider. luk91 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. luk91 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until your KYC verification is complete and approved.
• luk91 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirement completion as detailed in Section 6.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms.
• Any bank or mobile wallet fees incurred during the withdrawal process by the receiving institution are the responsibility of the player.

luk91 offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance as specified — not all game types may contribute equally toward wagering completion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• luk91 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or applied to any wager exceeding any stated maximum bet limits applicable to bonus play.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation — including but not limited to coordinated play across multiple accounts or use of automated betting strategies — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.
• luk91 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error.

luk91 offers a range of real-money gaming products including live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, HRG live dealer games, video slots, crash games (including Aviator), and sports betting covering PSL cricket, international T20I and Test matches, ICC tournaments, UFC, and football. Each game and betting market is subject to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or betting section and form part of these Terms.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, or market. luk91 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

Malfunctions and Errors: In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or human error that results in a wager being placed or settled incorrectly, luk91 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the player's Real Money Balance. Winnings resulting from a demonstrably erroneous payout will not be honoured and will be reclaimed from the player's Account. The Operator's decision on such matters is final.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. luk91 uses real-time data feeds for in-play cricket betting and PSL markets. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay settlement of any bet where the integrity of the event is in question or where data feed issues have affected odds accuracy.

• Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
• Incomplete events — including rain-affected PSL matches — will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section.
• luk91 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator to amounts displayed in the sportsbook terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luk91 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game, sportsbook, or platform feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to luk91 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the luk91 platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including the resale of winnings or the provision of professional gambling services to third parties.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luk91 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

luk91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by the Operator.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• Request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or the Operator's payment processors.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 21.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the Operator's dormant account policy.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses, pending wagers, and any amounts owed to the Operator will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Bonus Balance is non-refundable upon Account closure.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting luk91 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority under luk91's Responsible Gaming commitment — see Section 10.

luk91 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously in this regard. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to all registered players directly from their Account settings, without the need to contact support.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your luk91 Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period, providing a hard stop once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your Account remains open but real-money wagers are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the luk91 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected. luk91 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from re-registering during an active self-exclusion.

luk91 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Playing for real money on luk91 is permitted only for players who have verified their age as 21 or above through the KYC process. If you are concerned about a minor accessing gambling sites, we encourage the use of parental control software and internet filtering tools available through your internet service provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk91 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the luk91 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data or personal information.
• Interruption or cessation of the platform or any game, whether caused by technical fault, maintenance, or third-party failure.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or SadaPay.

luk91's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit luk91's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

luk91 collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, national identity number or passport details, residential address, contact details, payment method information, device identifiers, and gameplay and transaction records. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the personalisation of promotional offers where you have opted in.

luk91 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third parties including identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by the Operator's international gaming licence conditions.

luk91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the luk91 platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect — except where the change is required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at luk91.com/terms-conditions and will display the date on which they were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request Account closure by contacting luk91 support. Any balance in your Account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the luk91 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luk91's international gaming licence is registered. The Operator operates under a valid international gaming licence, the conditions of which take precedence over these Terms where any conflict exists.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and luk91, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of account, payment, and gaming disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected] with full details of the matter, including your Account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction references.
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If your dispute is not resolved at Step 1 within 10 business days, you may escalate it to the luk91 compliance team by requesting formal escalation through the same email address.
3. Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If a dispute cannot be resolved through Steps 1 and 2, you may have recourse to the dispute resolution procedures available through luk91's international gaming licence authority, details of which are available on request.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be conducted in the language of these Terms (English) and in the jurisdiction of luk91's licence authority, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
